We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our production team. This is a 1099 contract role where you will be paid based on production output (piece-rate), offering you control over your earnings. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Riveting, eyeletting, knot-tying, and other finishing tasks
• Bagging and tagging products
• Following clear instructions and maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• No prior experience neededtraining provided
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Reliable transportation to and from our facility

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible hours between 9 AM and 5:00 PM

Compensation: $0.12 - $0.17 per hour
