Position Title Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) Department Clinical Services Reports To Clinical Director / Practice Owner Location Woodinville, WA (hybrid/onsite as required) Employment Type W2, Part-Time to Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced licensed clinician to join our group practice as a W2 employee. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to our team. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, while supporting the mission and values of our practice. Responsibilities Provide direct clinical services, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and documentation. Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Participate in monthly CE/professional development activities and team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in the electronic health record system. Support clients in navigating insurance benefits, treatment planning, and referrals as needed. Qualifications Active, unrestricted license in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent). Minimum of 2–3 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload. Familiarity with insurance billing, credentialing, and documentation standards. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to ethical standards. Compensation & Benefits Competitive W2 compensation structure. Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with 3% employer match (after 6 months). Monthly CE day (up to 6 hours paid). Flexible scheduling within practice hours. Credentialing, billing, and insurance panel enrollment provided by the practice. Supportive team culture and opportunities for growth. Schedule Minimum of 20 hours per week to start. Ramp up to 32 hours per week expected by month three, based on client availability and clinician preference.
