Architecture Designer

Responsibilities & Qualifications Drees Homes, one of the Nation's largest homebuilders, is seeking a collaborative team player who is passionate about residential design for an immediate opportunity as an Architecture Designer. The Architecture Department plays a vital role in shaping the homes and communities we build. We partner with division leadership to create innovative, beautiful, and market-responsive home designs that support our customers, communities, and business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for producing creative, accurate, efficient, and timely architectural designs while contributing to the development and refinement of our product portfolio across multiple markets. Duties And Responsibilities Manage assigned design projects in collaboration with Architecture leadership and Division teams to develop innovative, market-responsive home designs Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform design solutions. Ensure designs support the construction, cost, operational, and marketing objectives of each project. Maintain consistent architectural detailing and design standards that strengthen the Drees brand and support construction quality. Review projects for compliance with applicable building codes and company standards. Complete independent assignments with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Apply strong residential design principles throughout all phases of project development.
