Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered specialized in Pediatric (Respiratory Therapy - PEDS) located in Hollywood, Florida. The position involves working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting where candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of current, independent bedside experience managing ventilated patients, with proficiency in operating the Servo U ventilator.

Job Details:

• Location: Hollywood, Florida
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist license, minimum 2-3 years of current experience functioning independently at bedside, managing ventilated patients. Familiarity with the Servo U ventilator, proficiency in its functions and modes used in NICU settings are required. Knowledge of Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal ventilators and management of ventilated neonatal patients.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be familiar with the Servo U ventilator, Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapies. The position demands independent bedside management of ventilated patients in a neonatal setting.
