Job Description:
Hillside Resort is seeking a motivated and dependable Sea Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our convenience store. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, inventory, customer service standards, and overall store performance.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in retail or convenience store management. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage and schedule staff

• Train and develop team members

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels

• Place vendor orders and manage deliveries

• Track shrink, waste, and store performance metrics

• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns

• Coordinate with ownership and leadership on promotions and seasonal needs

Qualifications:

• Previous convenience store, retail, or management experience preferred

• Experience with inventory control and vendor management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve

• Reliable and professional

• Basic computer and POS knowledge required

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position. Hours will vary depending on season and business demand.
Compensation is based on experience, including convenience store operations.
