Real Job: 3502397 Schedule: 3PM-11:30PM Monday-Friday *Please have traveler rate themselves on a scale of 1-4 for Medivator experience, and include in submission We are seeking candidates who are experienced with all areas of the department, which include: Decontamination of all items (Drills, Davinci, scopes, Assembly of all instruments in all service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging included) Sterilization process (sterrad and steam) HLD/ Scope experience Sterile Storage OR Liaison experience Censitrac Tracking system experience Medivator experience required Will accept either CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM). OSU is a Level One trauma facility that is extremely busy and requires experienced Travelers who have worked in a facility similar to OSU. Previous permanent staff and return travelers are not eligible for return anywhere in the system. (return travelers are considered to be any clinician that has taken an assignment at ANY location & is re-applying anywhere within the OSU umbrella) 2. Travelers who reach the one-year max contract limit are not eligible for extensions or future assignments. Parking: The WB and CXS permits require annual payment upfront and are not available as monthly permits. The WMC permit is available monthly. WMC: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB: 9th Avenue East/West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service $196.20/year. CXS: 9th Avenue East/West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7 $393.96/year. **Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge. Refund checks may take 3 5 weeks.
