Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license and registration
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and educational collaboration
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload serving K-12 students
• Strong clinical skills, organizational abilities, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students onsite
• Assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized goals and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support students’ participation in school life
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute input to IEP meetings
• Adapt approaches and materials to accommodate students’ unique abilities
• Foster a positive, inclusive educational environment for all learners
