Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daytoday site operations for retail rollout and renovation projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Driving schedule adherence on fasttrack projects with minimal disruption to live environments
• Enforcing safety standards and quality control on every site
• Acting as the primary onsite representative with clients and field teams
• Traveling throughout the Southeast to support repeat projects as needed
• Contributing to a collaborative, nononsense team culture focused on longterm success

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Retail Rollouts, we are seeking:

• Proven superintendent experience on retail, bigbox, or rolloutstyle projects
• Prior experience working in live environments or occupied retail spaces
• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
• Willingness to travel regionally across the Southeast
• Handson, accountable leadership style with clear communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastmoving, lean, and highly organized operation
• Experience with national retail clients or repeatprogram work is highly desirable
