Affiliate Manager

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team helping brands unlock the full potential of TikTok Shop across affiliates, paid media, and LIVE commerce. This role offers meaningful ownership, hands‑on experience with top brands, and the opportunity to build expertise in one of the fastest‑growing commerce channels. Job Responsibilities Manage and execute affiliate growth strategies across assigned TikTok Shop accounts. Launch and manage Open Plans, Target Plans, and TAP campaigns. Recommend commission structures, bundles, and promotional strategies to drive creator participation. Identify opportunities to scale through product seeding, creator retainers, or LIVE commerce affiliates. Continuously test and iterate on affiliate structures to maximize creator output and GMV growth. Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management Source and recruit high-quality creators through TikTok Affiliate Center, outbound outreach, and creator communities. Build long‑term relationships with top‑performing affiliates and creators. Manage creator seeding programs and ongoing creator rosters. Coordinate creator briefs, product shipments, and posting timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for creators and ensure strong communication and engagement. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track affiliate performance including GMV, conversion rates, creator output, and ROI. Identify winning creators and content formats that should be scaled. Analyze under‑performing campaigns and implement corrective strategies. Provide weekly performance insights and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients. Maintain strong data hygiene across creator pipelines and affiliate dashboards. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Client Solutions Managers, Paid Media teams, and Shop Operations. Align affiliate pushes with merchandising strategies, product launches, and promotions. Support LIVE commerce initiatives and creator‑hosted livestream campaigns. Ensure affiliate campaigns align with broader growth strategies across TikTok Shop. Job Qualifications 2‑4 years experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media marketing. 1+ year of experience working with TikTok Shop or TikTok creator campaigns. Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and short‑form content. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies. Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
