Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 10 years of experience building and running cloud database service. 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. You will also lead the charter to drive adoption of AI to improve product experiences across the platform areas. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers to deliver on the outlook and strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration, delivery and team health. US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits Responsibilities Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for Cloud SQL platform across multiple product areas. Influence cross-product area strategy and define holistic and long-term strategy across all aspects of the product’s success. Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, to define roadmap for individual areas, foster collaboration and healthy team environment to deliver results. Partner closely with adjacent product areas and identify opportunities for better portfolio level integrations and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with the various engine product management leads to drive growth of the business. Synthesize data and present at business reviews to executives. Deliver profound product/project impact through complex and large in scope strategic investments owned by their team.
