Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time contract opportunity is based near Lexington, SC, and offers 16 hours a week during standard school hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Key Qualifications:

• Active State of South Carolina SLP license required
• South Carolina teacher certification is mandatory
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience with school-aged children, particularly Pre-K to 8th grade, is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to Pre-K–8 students, both individually and in small groups
• Assess and evaluate student speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
