Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in daily operations Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service Optimize operational efficiency to achieve store performance goals Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations in partnership with the Store Manager Assist with merchandising and product launches Help meet and exceed sales objectives Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed Coach and develop retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals Requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Strategic perspective and ability to champion change Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork Professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues Initiative and results orientation Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills while driving sales and optimizing operational efficiency in a retail environment.
