This position encompasses a broad range of administrative, operational, financial, safety, and public-facing responsibilities. The role is highly hands-on and requires strong judgment, prioritization, and adaptability, as new and unplanned issues arise regularly. Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines Experience with inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred Proficiency with computer systems and record-keeping Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Comfort interacting with the public and handling liability-sensitive situations Willingness to learn through hands-on experience Forklift Certified (or ability to obtain certification) OSHA 10 Certified (or ability to obtain certification) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in office support or administrative roles, ideally in a school or transportation setting. Training or experience in student/parent behavior management and de-escalation. Knowledge of the district’s geographic area and school locations. Experience as a school bus driver or in transportation dispatching. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
