ProTrade is partnering with a manufacturing company that produces environmental products operating at critical sites around the world. When their equipment goes down, it matters. They're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes ownership of equipment reliability — not just completes tickets — and holds that standard even when no one is watching.

What You'll Be Doing

• Independently perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment — pumps, mixers, conveyors, spray systems, blending equipment, and related mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults systematically — find the root cause before making the repair
• Troubleshoot motor control circuits, sensors, instrumentation, and basic PLC-controlled systems
• Execute equipment rebuilds, component replacements, and mechanical alignments to spec
• Lead or support planned shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and production line changeovers
• Document all work orders with accuracy — failure modes, parts used, corrective actions taken
• Identify recurring failure patterns and bring solutions to the table
• Mentor and coach junior technicians — demonstrate correct methods and safe practices
• Participate in root cause analysis following equipment failures or production-impacting events
• Contribute to PM program improvements based on field experience

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience
• Solid understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, and fluid systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and work safely with motor circuits and electrical systems
• Comfortable with LOTO procedures and safe maintenance practices
• Strong attention to detail — you follow SOPs and document your work accurately
• Reliable — equipment reliability starts with maintenance reliability
• Willing to grow into PLC basics, instrumentation, and process control over time
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training a plus

Candidates who demonstrate technical mastery, reliability ownership, and the ability to develop others will be considered for advancement to Industrial Maintenance Lead. Advancement is merit-based — no politics, just performance.

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility with exposure to industrial chemicals, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and varying temperatures. Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full PPE required.
