Sales Representative - Specialty Metals

Titan International is a growing manufacturer and supplier of specialty metals, engineered metal powders, and critical materials serving the aerospace, defense, energy, welding, and advanced manufacturing industries.
We are seeking a sales professional with experience in technical or industrial environments who can identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and develop lasting relationships. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, chemistry, metals, or related industries is preferred. Strong sales skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build new customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
- Understand customer applications and recommend material solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams.
- Manage quotations, sales opportunities, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in NetSuite.
- Attend customer meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in specialty metals, alloys, powders, or related materials is a plus.
