This newly created role builds on PIMCO’s strong brand and creative foundation and is designed to transform PIMCO’s creative capability into an AI-powered model - one that unlocks breakthrough creativity, increases productivity to meet business demand, and scales high-impact creative solutions. This role involves partnering with many stakeholders, including global Marketing leadership, senior business stakeholders across the firm and external agencies. The Creative Solutions Manager will manage a multidisciplinary team spanning creative design, UX product design, multimedia, and production – while reimagining how creative work is conceived, produced, and scaled through AI, automation, and advanced technologies. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
