What You'll Do Lead by example on the floor while fostering a positive, people-first culture. Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Drive results through effective merchandising, inventory control, and P&L management. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations. Analyze sales, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management. A proven leader with a collaborative, motivational style and a growth mindset. Strong background in warehouse management, operations, and loss prevention. Expertise in P&L oversight, payroll, staffing, and training. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
