Field Sales Representative (Account Development Executive)

Base + Uncapped Commission | $25K+ Target Commission | Six-Figure Potential

• Prospect and engage local businesses within your assigned territory (door-to-door, in-person outreach)
• Present and pitch partnership opportunities that help businesses generate additional revenue
• Guide new partners through onboarding and ensure a smooth launch
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce
• Represent the program at local networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Develop long-term relationships with business owners in your territory

• 1–2+ years of sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and field-based work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Base pay + uncapped commission (real six-figure potential)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
