Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for adult residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and hand function.
- Deliver direct therapy and supervise related tasks to support residents’ rehabilitation goals.
- Regularly reassess progress, adjust goals as needed, and document outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (therapy, nursing, social work, and care management) to support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate residents and families on home programs, safety strategies, and adaptive equipment as appropriate.
- Maintain clinical standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and monitor patient safety and infection control.

Requirements
- Active or eligible Occupational Therapist license to practice in the United States; license verification required.
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and colleagues; ability to document clearly and timely.
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting November 23, 2026.
