A leading warehousing and distribution company in Grove City, OH is seeking experienced Order Pickers for a temp-to-hire opportunity on 3rd shift. This position offers steady full-time hours with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. Contract Duration: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM 4:30 AM (subject to change based on business needs) Location: Grove City, OH Travel: None required Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders within a warehouse setting
• Operate a double blade electric pallet jack (ride-on) safely and efficiently
• Load product onto trucks and trailers
• Utilize handheld scanners to process and verify orders
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Prior order picking experience
• Experience operating a double blade electric ride-on pallet jack
• Loading experience
• Scanner experience
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (all voice/scanning equipment operates in English)
• Steel-toed boots required
• Stable work history, with prior roles lasting 9 months or longer
• Availability to attend an in-person interview conducted at 8:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution center environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
