Rooted & Growing - 20 years of trusted ABA excellence - and we’re still expanding with intention What your days look like: Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
