If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to step into a role where no two days are the same, Icon Property Rescue wants you on our crew as a Demolition and Construction General Laborer in Milford, OH!Job Snapshot:Pay: $18 - $20/hr (Premium rates may be available!)Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM + on-call duties and some OT when needed. You'll start your day at our Milford HQ, then head to job sites with your team!Benefits: health, dental, vision, additional insurance options, paid holidays, and paid vacationWhat You Bring:Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periodsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationFlexibility for the occasional emergency call, night, or weekendA positive, team-first attitudeBonus Points If You Have:Experience in construction, demolition, or property restorationFamiliarity with water/fire/mold damage cleanupOSHA 10 or other safety trainingConfidence using toolsThe Work You'll Do:As our Demolition and Construction General Laborer, you'll be the boots on the ground supporting our cleanup and restoration teams.
