Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs, including initial assessments and reassessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans; document interventions in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards.
- Educate patients and families about dietary modifications and disease management; support adherence and understanding.
- Engage in interdisciplinary communication to coordinate nutrition care within the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interventions and progress in the patient record.

Requirements
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or eligibility for California licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a closely related field.
- Clinical nutrition experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, care-planning, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work daytime 8-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and to participate in travel assignments.
