8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position requires a focus on outpatient orthopedic care and offers opportunities to float to other clinics. We welcome first-time travelers and new graduates, though experience in outpatient settings is preferred. The therapist will be responsible for managing a patient caseload of 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, which may include double-booking of follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for patients.
• Manage a caseload effectively to meet productivity expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team, including floating to other clinics as needed.
• Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.

Required Experience

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• No acceptance of PTA candidates.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
