Director of Business Development - Skilled Nursing Facility

Work Hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Preferred Experience SNF experience preferred Starting Wage Depending on experience INDOTH Benefits Free employee and family telehealth immediately upon hire Medical / Dental / Vision Care Early Pay FSA / HSA / 401k Scholarship for employees and dependents Emergency Relief Responsibilities: Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to current and potential residents and patients. Work closely with the facility and corporate leadership teams to provide a timely response to referrals and coordinate safe, pleasant and seamless transitions for new residents. Remain abreast of changes in Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance reimbursement rates. Document status of all referrals. EOE M/F/D/V #J-18808-Ljbffr
