Content Designer

Seeking a remote full-time Marketing Content Designer, this role will manage top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative for financial and insurance verticals while leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and production. Key Responsibilities Develop and own top-of-funnel and paid-advertising creative, collaborating with the advertising team and independently generating new concepts Track creative performance metrics and iterate on designs to maintain a steady pipeline of fresh variants for testing Build and maintain relationships with financial and real estate partners, representing marketing in partner calls and managing a promotion calendar Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a design-related field; Bachelor's preferred in marketing, communications, or a design-related field 2 to 4 years of experience in a design role, ideally in marketing, advertising, or performance and direct-response creative Ability to think like a marketer with an understanding of funnels, lead generation, and creative impact on cost per lead and conversion Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, with intermediate skills in Illustrator Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt AI-assisted workflows is required
