Plastic Surgery Locum Opportunity Michigan
A hospital-based program in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for locum call coverage beginning September or October 2026. This role will provide additional support for hospital-based plastic surgery and trauma coverage.
Compensation:
24 Hour On Call: $2,720
Call Back: $320/hr
Position Details

Average Surgical Volume: Approximately 1 surgical case per day

One Plastic Surgeon currently in practice

Plastic surgery trauma call coverage
Adult plastic surgery cases
Pediatric plastic surgery cases
General plastic surgery consults and procedures
Facial trauma and laceration management
Surgical repair and reconstruction as needed

Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
Fellowship training required
Active Michigan medical license required
ACLS certification required

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with trauma call experience
Comfortable managing both adult and pediatric plastic surgery cases
Experienced with facial trauma, skin grafts, flaps, and laceration repairs
Available for recurring monthly 24-hour call coverage
