Job Summary We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time BAKER positions at Case Western Reserve University – 1619 Mistletoe Drive, Cleveland, OH 44106. Schedule: Full and part time; days and hours may vary. Open availability is required. Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available. Key Responsibilities Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets. Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and adhering to production standards. Complete production records, track waste, and report low supplies to supervisor. Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils. Handle food items properly and follow safety regulations during preparation and service. Clean equipment and workstation before leaving the area; keep display equipment clear. Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer‑service manner. Keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently. Ensure food is presented, served and displayed per standards. Follow sanitation and safety principles to meet corporate and OSHA standards. Complete shift work as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Eligibility & Requirements At least one year of baking experience. Open availability for full‑time or part‑time work. Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
