About the Role: Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic Ads Supply team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programmatic advertising while working with top Digital Publishing brands.

As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio, you'll handle client requests, reporting, and data analysis. You'll also contribute to ad management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and spearhead client communications. Strong sense of ownership over client relationships and performance.
• Project Management: Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of troubleshooting and expansion tasks
• Presentation & Strategy Support: Create data-driven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other internal stakeholders to support initiatives, troubleshoot campaign issues, and drive outcomes.

• Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, drawing logical conclusions, and reporting findings to key internal or external stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, as well as Salesforce, Monday, and Jira.
• Customer Focused: Confident with navigating complex client conversations.
• Curious & eager to learn: Excited to continue growing a career in programmatic advertising, data analysis, and client management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with Digital Publishers with a focus on programmatic monetization.
• Experience with software like Salesforce, Monday, JIRA, and Looker is preferred but not required.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to grow in the programmatic ad space.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to 105,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
