PRN Telehealth NP - Geriatrics On-Call

ChenMed is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Telehealth, PRN, to deliver diagnostic care to geriatric patients through virtual visits and phone assessments. The role includes on-call coverage during weekends and holidays, with a minimum 24 weekend hours per month.
