ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Buyer II to join our growing team in an on‑site position in Henderson, Nevada. This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This role reports to the Purchasing Manager. Responsibilities Manage assigned spending categories (e.g., direct materials, indirect materials, new technology, services). Issue and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery confirmation. Monitor supplier performance and work with vendors to address quality or delivery issues. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within approved authority limits. Engage with suppliers with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery KPIs. Analyze purchase history and identify cost or process improvement opportunities. Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time. Maintain and update ERP system information (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central). Right‑size the supply base for ANA production and future growth. Support the Purchasing Manager in vendor audits and contract renewals. Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and budget goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with global purchasing processes and international supplier coordination is a plus. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus). Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Working knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and supplier evaluation.
