Accounts Receivable ClerkPosition at JBS USAPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Shared Services team onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This person will maintain long-term relationships with Business-to-Business Accounts Receivables. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, which includes benefits.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of 250+ business accountsContact customers via phone and emailMaintain relationships with both internal and external customersMaintain credit limits and past due balances within policyProactively ensure invoices have been sent successfully and that the customer has scheduled timely paymentEffectively communicate with supervisors and management regarding portfolioOther duties as assignedQualifications:Related Customer Service experienceWorking understanding of Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and WordExperience with SAP/S4 preferredDemonstrated ability to use and adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to support business needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking skills & ability to problem solveAbility to work in a fast paced, team-based environmentAbility to apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision makingCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
