Morgan Pro Services is hiring an experienced Residential Remodeling Supervisor who has strong field knowledge and wants to use that expertise to guide subcontractors and ensure top-quality results on every job.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise subcontractors on residential remodeling and renovation projects
- Perform site visits, quality control inspections, and final walkthroughs
- Ensure all work meets high standards, building codes, and customer expectations
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and timelines
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues in the field
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
What You Need
- 3+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience (you've personally performed the work)
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as waterproofing, tile, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, doors/windows, siding, and general repairs
- Previous experience leading or managing subcontractors
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely at heights or in confined spaces
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
