- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies for the Southeast Asian market, set sales targets, and drive their achievement; ensure continuous growth of the company's e-commerce business in Southeast Asia.
- Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, provide recommendations for the company’s marketing strategies; adjust strategies based on data analysis to maintain the company’s competitive edge in the Southeast Asian market.
- Coordinate with departments such as warehousing, logistics, and marketing to ensure close cooperation among all teams and optimize overall operational efficiency.
- Guide and support team members, providing necessary training and development opportunities to build an efficient e-commerce operations team; establish performance evaluation mechanisms to motivate the team towards achieving goals.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant laws and regulations; establish a comprehensive risk management system, regularly conduct risk assessments, and safeguard stable business operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, inventory turnover rate, customer satisfaction, etc.; regularly report business progress and financial performance to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
