IT Support Running Springs, CA, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1076 Salary Range: $22.00 To $28.00 Hourly Who is Pali Mountain: Nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, our 250-acre mountain facility is conveniently located in Running Springs, CA, only 90 minutes from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Pali Mountain is home to Pali Adventures, an overnight sleep away camp, Pali Institute, an outdoor education program and Pali Retreat, a mountain retreat and conference center. Summary Assists IT department as needed, including but not limited to the following: While working at Pali Mountain you will monitor and repair network infrastructure, maintain our public WIFI, remotely manage software on staff computers, purchase new equipment when necessary and properly dispose of old equipment and maintain existing hardware. Along with working on our computer network you will maintain our phone system, assist with audio/video set up and continual maintenance on both. Skills and Qualifications To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies/experience: Educating staff on new processes when necessary. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with IT customer service. Experience working on a large campus (preferred) Strong work ethic. Previous experience working on computer networks, phone network, printers, etc. Willingness to work with staff to resolve computer issues Assist with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across companies (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Exhibits sound and accurate judgment Uses time efficiently; works quickly and productively Behaves professionally even when under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Is consistently at work and on time Follows instructions; follows through on commitments; takes responsibility for own actions Seeks increased responsibilities; asks for and offers help when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Pali Mountain
