We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with industry knowledge in welding, industrial gases, metal fabrication, or related industrial markets to support and grow the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands industrial customer needs, thrives on building relationships, uncovers new opportunities, and helps customers succeed through innovative welding and industrial solutions. The ideal candidate brings both proven outside sales success and a strong understanding of the welding and industrial supply industry. What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving profitable growth and strengthening customer partnerships. You’ll: Grow territory sales and profitability through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow‑up Develop and promote welding equipment sales and rental solutions within your assigned region Prepare quotes, deliver presentations, and provide consistent customer follow‑up Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across all departments Actively manage and support customers’ cylinder inventory programs Review customer operations and recommend process or equipment improvements as opportunities arise Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to exceed customer expectations Requirements What You’ll Bring If you’re a driven sales professional who values relationships, accountability, and delivering real solutions to customers, we’d love to hear from you.
