Litigation Associate — Plaintiff's Complex Litigation — Raleigh, North Carolina Oakstreet Attorney Search has partnered with a growing national plaintiff's litigation firm seeking an associate (1+ years of experience) for its Raleigh, NC office. The Opportunity This is high-stakes and sophisticated plaintiff's work: class actions, mass torts, and mass arbitrations, primarily in federal court, litigated opposite the nation's top defense firms. You will work directly with the firm's senior partners on complex matters from day one, with substantial writing, strategy, and case-development responsibility.
