Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Homecare experience
• Experience with HCHB

Assignment Details

• Desired Territory: St. Joseph & Marshall County
• Expected Hours/Points: 27 points per week
• Key Duties: SOC, ROC Evals, Recerts and Revisits

Location Highlights

Mishawaka offers access to both riverfront recreation and regional attractions in northern Indiana. The Mishawaka Riverwalk follows the St. Joseph River through central Mishawaka, and Central Park includes trails, green space, and seasonal community events.
