Cherry Picker Operator / Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automotive exterior components, is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator / Production Associate to join their team. As a Cherry Picker Operator / Production Associate, you will be part of the warehouse and production support team, contributing to efficient material handling and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator / Production Associate

Location: Brownstown, MI

Pay Range: $18-19/hr

Shift: 1st Shift - Start Time 6:00 AM (10-12 hour shifts)

What's the Job?

• Operate cherry picker equipment to pick, stage, and transport materials within the warehouse environment

• Retrieve products from elevated storage locations accurately and efficiently

• Scan and track inventory using RF scanners or related systems

• Follow all safety guidelines for operating powered industrial equipment

• Assist in assembly, packaging, or line operations as needed to support production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous cherry picker or forklift experience preferred

• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably

• Willingness to transition between equipment operation and production work

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
