Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols, helping to support orderly operations. Observe equipment areas, exterior gates, and high‑traffic workspaces for security‑related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and report findings through appropriate channels. Minimum Requirements This is primarily a driving post. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
