Our teams work across engineering, operations, and corporate functions to support a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.Role Overview:We're looking for a Help Desk Technician Intern to support our internal IT operations and help ensure our teams have the tools and systems they need to work efficiently and securely. This internship is ideal for someone interested in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment.You'll work closely with our IT Team, gaining exposure to user support, hardware/software management, and IT best practices.What You'll Do:Provide first-line IT support for employees (hardware, software, access issues)Assist with onboarding and offboarding (laptops, accounts, permissions)Troubleshoot basic network, device, and application issuesAssist with running, labeling, and terminating network cabling as neededSupport the installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of security camera systemsEscalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as neededAssist with special IT projects as neededWhat You'll Gain:Hands-on experience supporting a real production IT environmentExposure to IT operations in a growing technology companyMentorship from experienced IT and operations professionalsResume-building experience with practical, transferable skillsWhat We're Looking For:Currently pursuing (or recently completed) coursework in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldBasic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common applicationsInterest in IT administration, systems support, or help desk workStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills and a customer-service mindsetAbility to handle sensitive information responsiblyNice To Have (No Required):Experience with ticketing systems or IT support toolsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Okta, Unifi/Cisco.Basic networking or hardware troubleshooting experiencePrior internship, campus IT, or tech support experienceAdditional Requirements This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment - flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends during critical periods is expected.Duration - 6 MonthsWhy E-Space is right for you:As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our success.
