Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients according to established standards of care using the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Ensure the delivery of safe and effective nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
