Inspector/Packer

Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to produce, inspect, and package quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce and package products according to specifications
• Label, inspect, and palletize finished products
• Complete required production documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Clean equipment following company procedures
• Follow all quality, food safety, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
