WE'RE HIRING – CLASS 1 DRIVER
Blue Recruitment Personnel is currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver on behalf of a specialist haulage and lifting company, with opportunities based in Washington.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a highly specialised operation where no two days are the same.
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Previous experience preferred – training can be provided
• ADR licence advantageous
• Flexible and proactive mindset
• Strong problem-solving approach and willingness to adapt
The Role Will Include:
• Transporting plant and machinery
• Operating stepframe trailers, flatbeds & container lifters
• Supporting specialist lifting operations
• Machinery relocations
• Factory shutdown projects
• Abnormal load movements
Working Pattern:
• Nights out required
• Night shifts involved
• Weekend work required when needed
Pay:
£15.50-18.50/h
