Manufacturing Associate

In this role, you willbe responsible forassembling telecommunications enclosures by building box components and installing internal hardware vital to communication systems. You will follow detailed instructions,operatevarioushandand power tools, and contribute to a collaborative production environment where accuracy and dependability are essential. Key Responsibilities: Assemble telecommunications enclosures, including building components and installing internal hardware. Follow detailed work instructions to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Operate hand and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support teamobjectives. Handle materials and tools properly, always following safety protocols. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GEDrequired. Prior warehouse or assembly experience isadvantageous. Ability tooperatehand and power tools safely. Capable oflifting upto 50 lbs. Ability to stand continuously throughout your shift. Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety. What’s in it for you? Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$17.50 per hour, with potential overtime opportunities. 1. st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($15.00/hour)
2. nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM ($17.50/hour)
3. rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM ($17.00/hour, starting Sunday night)
