Senior Operations Leader — Fulfillment Center Excellence

Wayfair

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the new facility in Annapolis, MD, onsite in a Wayfair facility supporting home furnishings distribution. The role focuses on delivering exceptional fulfillment experiences for customers through strong leadership and Lean process improvements.

You will supervise a team of operations leaders, ensure safety, optimize operations, and collaborate across transportation, S&OP, and IT to meet service and cost goals in a fast-paced environment.
