Position Summary This role will cover primarily our customer in Queens, NY but may also need to go to Philadelphia, PA, Connecticut and New Jersey. Shift: Tuesday through Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm. If the idea of speaking to customers and addressing their Casino Gaming machine service break-fix, installation, and preventative maintenance needs appeals to you then we'd love to hear from you at Light & Wonder. We are hiring field service professionals, no industry experience required. If you are a good fit, you would spend your days caring for customer needs and looking after any concerns they may have about their gaming equipment service. You'll help them resolve equipment and communication concerns, new installations and preventative maintenance needs identifying their gaming care needs and make recommendations on providing the best services. You'll be part of a team that is customer service focused oncreating revenue. We'll teach you all kinds of cool stuff in this exciting industry of Gaming! You will learn all about gaming terminals, IT communications, software, and providing the best customer service. What you would be responsible for: Provide an uncommon customer experience using your technical skills Communicate the value of our services and match products with customer needs Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Solve your customers' challenges the first time, owning it Pay: The pay range for this role is $28.00 per hour, with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Years of Related Experience Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law Mechanical or electronics experience preferred. Casino knowledge/experience a plus.
