Residential HVAC Diagnostics & Repair Technician

You will service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, with occasional light commercial support. You’ll represent our standards on every call by:

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensate drainage systems.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering routine and emergency service to optimize performance and safety.
• Translating complex technical problems into clear solutions for customers.
• Completing inspections, adjustments, and system upgrades while keeping accurate service records.
• Maintaining a clean jobsite and organized service vehicle; complying with safety requirements.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

• 2–5+ years of HVAC experience (residential emphasis preferred)
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License with at least three years of driving experience
• Strong diagnostics and critical thinking for complex HVAC challenges
• Positive attitude and a commitment to superior workmanship
• Outstanding customer service and professional communication at all levels
• Collaborative, innovative teammate who thrives amid change

• Lift 50 lbs routinely; up to 100 lbs on occasion
• Climb ladders; enter attics and crawlspaces; work within tight areas; push, pull, carry; use hand tools; perform fine detail tasks
• Drive to and from customer locations
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments, including attics and crawlspaces
• Stand, walk, sit; talk and hear in person and via telephone
• Use hands to handle/feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow)
