Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• 3 years of experience practicing law.
\n
• Real estate, transactional, business and corporate experience.
\n
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
\n
• Desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
