Job Title: Early Childhood Center DirectorLocation: UniondaleEmployment Type: Full-timeReports To: Executive DirectorJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Center Director to lead our early childhood education center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of managing a successful early childhood program.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching and administrative staff. Provide ongoing professional development and conduct regular performance evaluations.Curriculum Development: Implement and oversee a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets state standards and fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of all children.Compliance: Ensure that the center complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements and health and safety standards.Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.Financial Management: Develop and manage the center's budget, including tuition collection, payroll, and expense monitoring.
